Reverse Engineering applies the newest technology, like 3D laser scanners, to capture data from the components; If the component is used extensively and damaged, it can be re-engineered to the original design’s intent.

Our engineering team subsequently establishes new production drawings for our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Our highly skilled Reverse Engineering and Quality Control team works together to bring our customer the most efficient part, that is best suited for the application.

AES HYDRO owns & operates affiliate companies that extend our scope of work to incorporate more precision machining capabilities. They have partnered with companies who have served the power generation industry since 1950.and have resource planning system, complete ISO quality functions, and has a wide variety of CNC turning, milling, and grinding machines to support any type of part.

ATo better serve our customers, we stock castings, forgings, bars, and semi-finished blanks to avoid delays from the supply chain. We also have the resources in our international facilities to provide cost savings to our customers.
